Choosing a plan

CHVEX sells cPanel web hosting in four plans: Mula, Pro, Business and Elite. All of them run on cPanel, include free SSL and come with free migration help via ticket.

The current resources, limits and prices for each plan are always shown on the plans section of our website: chvex.com/#pelan. We keep them there so this guide never goes out of date.

How to compare plans#

Look at the plan comparison and think about these points:

• Number of websites. One personal site needs less than several client sites.
• Storage. Large image libraries, downloads or mailboxes use more disk space.
• Email. If you plan many mailboxes, check the limits for email accounts.
• Traffic and growth. A new site can start small. You can move to a bigger plan later.
• Your budget and billing cycle. Longer cycles are usually better value per month.

Billing cycles#

Every plan can be billed monthly, quarterly, semiannually or annually. A longer cycle means fewer invoices to pay. A monthly cycle keeps your commitment short.

Renewals are invoice-based: you receive an invoice for each period and pay it yourself. We do not charge you automatically.

Currency#

Prices are shown in MYR for visitors in Malaysia and USD for visitors elsewhere.

Upgrading later#

If your website outgrows its plan, open a ticket and tell us which plan you want to move to. We will guide you through the change.

Where your hosting runs#

Your hosting runs on an upstream provider's infrastructure, managed and supported by CHVEX through tickets in the client area.
