Billing, invoices and payments

How invoices work, how to pay with Bayarcash or PayPal, and what happens when an invoice is overdue.

On this page

This page explains how billing works at CHVEX.

Invoice-based billing#

Your first order and every renewal create an invoice in your client area. You pay each invoice yourself. We do not charge you automatically, so nothing is taken from your bank or PayPal account unless you choose to pay an invoice.

You can see all your invoices in the client area, including due dates and payment status. See Client area guide.

Currency and payment methods#

Prices are shown in MYR to visitors in Malaysia and in USD to visitors elsewhere.

How to pay an invoice#

  1. Log in to the client area.
  2. Open Invoices and choose the unpaid invoice.
  3. Click the pay button and follow the steps for your payment method.
  4. Wait for the confirmation. The invoice shows as paid when the payment is confirmed.

Due dates and overdue invoices#

Each invoice has a due date. If an invoice stays unpaid after its due date, your service may be suspended as set out in our Terms of Service. Read the Terms for the exact rules on suspension and termination. Because data on an unpaid service is at risk, keep your own backups.

Payment problems#

If you paid but the invoice still shows unpaid, wait a few minutes and refresh the page. If it does not change, open a ticket and include:

  • the invoice number;
  • the date and amount of the payment;
  • the payment reference or a screenshot of the confirmation, with sensitive details hidden.

Never send full card numbers or banking passwords in a ticket.

Refunds#

See Cancellations and refunds.
